Rowanricht is a sole trader business based in Scotland, offering physical goods (handcrafted items), digital products (courses, guides, PDFs), and services (in-person workshops, retreats, and mentorship). This website is hosted on Systeme.io, and payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept full payment upfront or via approved payment plans through Stripe/PayPal. Payment plans are binding contracts and must be completed in full, regardless of usage or engagement. Rowanricht is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Physical Products: You have the right to cancel your order of printed items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK Online & Distance Selling regulations. You are responsible for return postage. Once received back in good condition, we will refund the cost of items including standard outward postage. You cannot return items after the initial 14 days.
Digital Products: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, once you download your file(s) you waive your right to the cooling off period. You cannot return items after 14 days. If you experience any issues downloading: hello@rowanricht.com
Workshops, Retreats & Events: Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be given after that time, as materials and resources will have been prepared. You may transfer your spot to someone else with advance notice.
You are purchasing a single-user license to access and use digital products for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or reselling Rowanricht content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
